and Apology

On May 27, 2026, a fire occurred on our operating vehicle. We sincerely apologize for the great concern and inconvenience caused to our guests who were looking forward to the tour, as well as to everyone involved.

Taking this situation very seriously and prioritizing your safety above all else, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all operations for the 2026 season. We received a higher number of bookings than last year, and it is truly heartbreaking that we cannot meet the expectations of those who were planning to enjoy the breeze of Okuhida with us. We deeply apologize for this outcome.

We are committed to facing this situation with total sincerity to regain the trust of everyone who has supported us.
